Course Summary
In the bootcamp you will describe and design your water-management sat-iot application. You will get the necessary background and we will follow a providen approach for the design of the application. The bootcamp includes 4 hands-on sessions of 1,5 hours over a one-month time period, and it starts 4 x per year. You will work with the help of the M2sat IoT Lab Workbook to describe your application and during the final session you will present your satellite IoT application.
Course Curriculum
Session 1:
1.Introduction and set up Bootcamp
2.Intro Satellite IoT market: The supply side and demand side
3. The satellite IoT value chain
4.Start with the work book
Homework: make a first description of your application and describe the ROI of your application
Session 2: SatIoT value chain
Homework: describe the different components of the value chain and
give the different options to organize them (kind of pre-liminary design)
Describe total costs
Session 3: Fix the design
Choose the final options for each component
Make a cost overview
Make a description of the end-to-end solution
Home work : complete the business plan in the work book
Session 4: End presentation of your application (will be put on video)
